Sanitary Wash Tanks
These wash tanks are built with a minimum excess capacity in specific sizes and shapes to accommodate sanitary equipment and washing of parts, pipes, and countless applications . Care should be taken in tank selection so as to most economically utilize floor space, wash water, and washing compounds. Powered recirculation systems, high pressure pumps, powered brushes, air agitation, and ultrasonic devices can be applied to these washers. For tanks of size and material gauge other than what we have listed, ask us for a quote. All tanks have a standard No. 2B finish or No. 4 finish with welds ground and stripe polished where applicable.
Service Wash Tanks have historically been used in the dairy industry and Schlueter is one of the only fabricator worldwide of these specialty service wash tanks for milk houses. Many other industries find these tanks and their sizes useful from automobile repair to many industrial outfits.
