CIP/COP Combination Washers
A Schlueter Safgard COP-CIP Jet Washer can wash equipment faster, easier and more thoroughly than has been done before! Just prepare the wash solution, and start it right up. Parts are placed in the tank, jet-scrubbed, then removed; and with choice between two (2) polished butterfly valves with tee installed, two (2) air-actuated butterfly valves with tee, or one (1) three-way valve installed in the pump discharge line your washer is easily used for CIP cleaning-in-place work.
CIP Capabilities: In one serviceable unit you have a CIP and COP Washer – no duplication of equipment is needed. If the return line from a CIP system is properly placed in the tank you can clean fittings while the CIP work is also being done. High velocity jet cleaning of separator parts, ice-cream and popsicle molds, freezer parts, partially or completely disassembled fittings, pipe sections, and milk packaging machinery parts can be done in 5 to 30 minutes, depending on amount of soil to be removed.

More Information
For CIP Washing, the COP tank serves as a great reservoir, and the large 10 hp pump easily handles most CIP systems. A second three-way valve mounted in the pump suction permits isolation of the pump and reservoir tank for individual use.
Temperature & Monitoring Options: The tank has provisions for automatic steam heat regulation and thermowell for recording thermometer. Immersion type inconel sheathed electric heating elements can be provided for heat control. Recording and timing devices may be interconnected with the pump.
