Safgard’s Push/Pull Operation: To make the 119-1S or 119-2S an efficient Safgard COP system with maximum washing solution action with thorough cleaning through long pipes laid anywhere in the tank, installing the Safgard push-pull recirculation system with 5 hp pump to clean the inside and outside of your sanitary pipes in one easy operation – with the only washer that moves solution clear through your pipes. Any length piping or parts can be put in the wash tank and proceed with cleaning.
- Pump discharge piping pushes detergent solution through flared jets causing solution to recirculate through pipe laid inside the tank. Pump suction pulls solution repeatedly by the recirculation pump.
Push/Pull Option Includes: Push/pull piping and base for pump, flared jets, clamps and fittings included. 8′, 10′, or 12′ options.
- Push-Pull System can be installed on any tank, but is particularly efficient on longer length tanks where single line systems and high volume, high turbulence systems fail.
- System includes a double, closed loop stainless pipe line. Double line permits a suction and discharge fitting to be mounted on each end of the tank. Inlets are vertically mounted and fan shaped to control solution flow for proper disbursement plus continued action in half the tank cross-section. Outlets, or pump suctions, are screened and located opposite from fan-blade inlets.
- Such controlled flow is at a rapid rate with a minimum of energy loss due to excessive turbulence. Loose pipe gets cleaned as if it were in place because the clear through action, and parts are effectively scoured due to solution action coming from both directions.
