Model UW Series Utility Wash Tanks

Model UW Wash Tanks are larger capacity tanks which are capable of holding large quantities of loose pipe, fittings, and machine parts. Because of the capacity of these tanks, they may be used for hand washing, power brush washing, recirculation washing, and if properly piped can be used as combination make-up and wash tanks in automated CIP-COP washing programs.

*Tank models are named/numbered with approximate working capacity in Gallons.

*These tanks have inside dimensions of 18″ depth, 20″ width and the Length as Specified. Tank inside length includes full footage plus 2 ½” which permits standard cut pipe length immersion.

Tank Overall Dimensions: are approx. 24″ wide, 37″ average height with ¼” drain per foot of tank length and specified inside tank length plus 4″.

Tank Construction Details: All welded fabrication of heavy gauge stainless steel with all welds ground and polished. All 1″ radius corners and half roll edges for strength and sanitation.

*Tank optionally formed of 14 gauge or 12 gauge type 304 or 316 stainless steel. Tank drain is 2″ IPT unless otherwise specified. Tank legs are formed of 1 ½” O.D. stainless tubing suitably cross-tied.

*If the tank is going to be loaded with very heavy machine parts such as several disassembled separators, we recommend the 12 gauge tank or an extra set of legs mounted in the middle of the tank span (for eight foot tank or longer), or both be specified. The legs are equipped with glider ball stainless feet unless casters are specified. Can use power brush and recirculation equipment with these tanks.

Series 119-1, 119-2, 119-3 Sanitary Pipe Cleaning Tanks, 14 ga. Stainless steel tank, No. 2B bright finish, or optional No. 4 polished finish.

Model 119 Series tanks include all the facilities for washing, rinsing, sterilizing and storing your sanitary pipe and fittings.

These tanks can be made with one compartment, two compartments, or three compartments, in six standard lengths. The inside of each tank is 2 ½” longer than the full specified foot length so that you can obtain the same size tank as your longest pipe.

*Underneath, storage trays for brushes, detergents, and fittings, and casters or ball feet are optional pieces.

The upright pipe rack spacing varies on different length tanks, but spacing can be changed to accommodate varied lengths of pipe. Additional racks may be added at nominal cost to allow for shorter pipe lengths.

Tanks in 150 Series are with exact same parameters in make and assembly as the 119 Series and available in same configurations with one or multiple compartments, same 14 ga. SS build with same finish options of No. 2B or choice of No. 4 polished finish.

Models 1619 and 1650 16 Gauge Stainless Portable Sanitary Pipe Wash Tanks

These portable pipe wash tanks can be easily moved to different wash stations, giving ability to wash equipment right near its location and saving handling needs.

• Both Models 1619 and 1650 are available with one, two or three compartments.
• Difference between the Models is: Models 1619 come with Built-in Back Apron Tray and Pipe Storage Racks which are omitted on Models 1650.
• Made from 16 ga. Type 304 or 316 stainless steel with 1″ radius corners.
