Smoke Stick SW and Meat Form MW Series Tanks

Series SW and MW Tanks have 35″ inside width and two depth options per different application requirements. These large tanks are built to accommodate racks full of smoke sticks or large baskets full of meat forms. Tank depth and length can be determined by production needs.

Formed of 12 ga. Type 304 or 316 SS and have large radius, drain-free corners and edges. Tanks have a full length drain trough formed into the tank bottom to ensure great draining. The trough has a perforated SS cover flush with the tank bottom. This screen prevents heavy soil from getting to the pump. Legs are Schedule 40 SS pipe with adjustable feet. 6′ tanks have 4 legs, anything longer has 6 legs.

• Can be used for all sanitizing processes, such as rinsing, soaking, acid dip and alkali washing.
• Can be equipped with recirculation systems to make sanitizing faster and more thorough.

Slant-Front Wash Tanks:

• For hand washing of pots, containers, drip pans, etc.
• Also for washing Bottles, Fittings, Machine Parts. Provides knee room (with anti-splash turned back top edge) so washer can reach all parts of tank.
• Heavy 12 ga. Type 304 or 316 stainless steel No. 2B Finish, joint welds ground and polished.
• Drain is through the stand pipe overflow unless a valve is specially specified.
• Compartment dimensions are large, providing plenty of space for washing large parts.
• Available in 36″, 72″, or 90″ Lengths (As in One, Two or Three compartments)
• Tank is 36″ High, 29″ Wide, and 17″ Deep.
• Easy installation of steam turbine or motor driven brush type washers, for jar, bottle or centrifuge parts washing.

Option for Slant-Front Tanks:

Tray Wash Tanks and Basket Wash Tanks:
Series TW and BW Tanks

Series TW and BW Wash Tanks have a 30″ inside width and two depth options as application may demand. These larger tanks accommodate trays, pans, racks, and racked or basketed parts. Not normally made portable.

• Formed of 12 ga. Type 304 or 316 SS and have large radius, drain-free corners and edges.
• Tanks have a full length drain trough formed into the tank bottom to ensure great draining.
• The trough has a perforated SS cover flush with the tank bottom. This screen prevents heavy soil from getting to the pump.
• Legs: Sched. 40 SS pipe with adjustable feet. 6′ tanks have 4 legs, anything longer has 6 legs.

Pan Wash Tanks:
Series PW

Series PW Pan Wash Tanks accommodate most baking pans and food storage pans, trays, etc., as well as disassembled pipe, fittings or machine parts. These models are normally too large for easy portability.

• Formed of 12 ga. Type 304 or 316 stainless steel.
• Die-formed large radius tank corners and edges drain-free for great sanitation.
• Tubular SS tank legs and leg ties with adjustable feet permitting good drainage.

Options for PW Tanks:

• 6 Legs for heavier loads, tanks longer than 6′
• Casters, swivel. Set of 4 or 6, heavy-duty, as standard is ball feet

Portable Blender Mixers

Portable Stainless Steel Blender/Mixer Model PBM-1

Provides rigidity to the stainless steel funnel along with space to conveniently support the ingredient container or bags being emptied into funnel.

• Blend powders, ingredient mixtures, reconstitute or use as a mini portable recirculation unit whereby the water and detergents can be fed through the funnel, yet close the butterfly valve for recirculation.
• A Steam Heat Tee could be added to the pump discharge CIP piping for temperature control.
