Safgard Model ATC-138 Table Cart:
Portable Assembly Table: Provides a convenient and safe working space for disassembly of fittings and machine parts. Size permits easy movement between machines and through doorways and recessed working and storage trays prevent baskets and parts from sliding or falling off during movement.

Safgard Model 133 Table Cart:
Perfect for small parts handling, ample disassembly space for sanitary fittings and machine parts. Incredibly reasonable cost this table cart solves many moving and washing issues.

Trays are spacious, and each tray has 5 spaced drain hole perforations, unless otherwise specified. All Stainless Steel construction insures you a cart that is readily portable, ready for years of service and that will take care of nearly all handling jobs.

Note: Trays may be obtained without drain holes and with tray edges formed down instead of standard up direction.

Safgard Model 300 Wash Table:
Designed for washing and storing the disassembled machine parts, this wash table organizes washing program and saves parts replacement costs by offering ample space for safe storage and drain-drying of parts. Easy movement between packaging machines; quick and safe disassembly.

Completely sanitary – watershed design, and sturdy, all welded fabrication. Tank and tray corners have a large radius with all surfaces sloped for draining. Tubular legs and cross-members afford no corners for bacteria accumulation.

*Also available with two or three compartments. Overall length increased 22″ with each additional compartment.

Safgard Model 137 Tank Cart:
Tank Cart to do all your small parts washing right by the machine. Less drainage and reduced repeated handling time between wash tanks and machines. Large enough to handle all the standard parts and connections for most machines, yet small enough to be readily portable and moved out of way.

Handy Work Table:
Sturdy, Sanitary Table Trucks Serves well as a portable fittings racks, assembly table, storage rack, and general hauling truck.

Top and Bottom Trays: Either Solid or Perforated Trays – (Specify on Orders.)
Truck Frame: Formed of 1 ¼” standard pipe.
Removeable trays 12 ga. Steel Plate formed to 2″ deep Pan , Perforated or Solid, w/ pipe drain.

Separator Truck:
Model 132S, all stainless steel cart type 304 with No. 2B Finish.
Sturdy Simple Sanitary. – Easy Handling of the Heaviest Separator Parts.

Safgard Port-O-Tank

Large and convenient – Tank is 29″L x 18″S x 13 ½” Deep. Tank parts die-formed of 22 ga. Type 304 No. 2B Finish Stainless and automatically weld assembled. Legs 12 ga. Stainless with 3″ diameter swivel casters and rubber composition wheels. Legs removable for shipment unless bottom tray is added.

Handle 1 ½” Diam. Stainless Tubing, axle guides and braces are ¾” solid, round stainless steel.
*Two-can cart equipped with 8 ½” x 1 ¾” solid, rubber tires. Rubber handle tip provided for protection of parts on which the handle may drop. Both single and double carts are self-standing for convenience in handling. Custom requested carts can be built as well.
