Tankers carrying bulk, food grade beverages such as liquid dairy, liquid eggs and juice require thorough and reliable cleaning to meet regulatory requirements and to ensure food safety for consumers.
Schlueter’s Safgard drop-in style Tanker Spray Washers are designed to provide complete cleaning of tankers – from 12-feet up to 40-feet in length. There are four different models of the Safgard Tanker Spray Washers, all with static spray balls to clean tankers using high-volume erosion.

Tanker Spray Washer Models
- TS-1. Ideal for smaller food grade tankers.
- TS-2. Double Ball design for maximum spray coverage/reach.
- TS-3. Recommend two (2) TS-3 drop-in spray washers for longer tankers.
- TS-4. Has a center-positioned static spray ball with a top-to-bottom spray pattern.
- It also includes two multi-bore jet nozzles to ensure cleaning solution reaches all product contact surfaces throughout the tank.

Built-In Tanker Washer Agitators:
Slotted Tube – Fan Spray washer for deluge cover of tanker walls. Sanitary with no moving parts. Air agitation through the washer tubes using only 2-4 PSI of filtered air for uniform air distribution. No Foaming.
