Two Tank CIP Washers
Schlueter Safgard Two Tank CIP Systems
Sturdy type 304/316 all stainless steel sanitary construction with No. 4 or 2B Finish. Sanitary construction means that all outside welds ground and polished, interior welds cleaned and all seams double welded. Specify cover, polish and inlet/outlet size requirements on orders. Combine two or more CIP tanks to make wash water/chemical re-use systems and skids. Reach out to us for specialty custom sizing outside of those shown here, we’ll be happy to help/quote on custom.
Cylindrical style tanks specifically have resistance to weld problems caused by expansion due to heating and cooling, so they are best choice for large volume and fast heating requirements.
*If interested in Rectangular CIP Tanks, please see “Single Tank CIP Washers Page” for specifications on those. They are a great choice for conserving space or to fit a CIP system into confined areas!
