For Handling Fittings and Small Parts, these sanitary fittings rack tables with solid or perforated trays allow plenty of work and storage space on this table truck. All your fittings will fit to be loaded on this truck to be moved to your washers. After washing, the parts may be replaced on the rack for drain-drying and then hauled back to their working positions.

Parts Handling Racks:
Model UDRH and Model UDRL
UDRH – Disc and Mutator Racks, special disc rack for washing, adjustable for length and depth of disc crossbar to accommodate varied sizes of discs and disc stacks. Spreading arms of racks rest on wash tank edges so there’s no handling needed in hot wash water. Disc crossbar 1″ SS Pipe and 48″ Long and rack end sections formed of ¼” x 1″ SS bar braced with ½” Round SS bar.

UDRL – Formed of ½” round, endless, stainless steel bar and includes 1″ SS Pipe Crossbar to serve as disc rest. Used for washing separator discs and ice cream mutators in a recirculation washer and air drying on a cart or table – easily handled.

Can Racks:
DF Models, Sanitary air drying and storage of rigid food containers and covers usually requires special consideration so that surfaces which come into contact with food are not contaminated again. Milk cans stored by inverting them and hanging on one handle.

Standard racks designed for 10 gallon size milk cans with “umbrella” type covers. 5 gallon and 8 gallon milk cans accommodated by small dimensional variations. When ordering, be sure to specify milk can size to be racked, and if the containers are other than regular milk cans, supply outline drawings of the cans and covers so we can quote the variation requested.

Racks made of 1 ½” stainless tubular end frames and ¾” solid round crossbars. Crossbars are drilled and tapped at one end and threaded at the other so they can be secured with bolts ad nuts through the outside wall of the tubular frame after the bars are positioned in the drilled holes in the tubular frames.

Model 201 Hose Racks have 12″ x 5″ heavy stainless steel back plate which fits flush into a regular tile space on the wall. The ½” stainless steel bar rack holds from 50 to 100 feet of hose (depending on hose and loop size) away from the wall for quick air drying.
