All Stainless Steel, Safgard one and two tank portable CIP’s are standard with full automation PLC programming and Series PRW are separately equipped with a pump and steam regulator giving you a basic CIP system. Lower models can roll under conveyors and permit gravity feedback (no return pump needed). Can be sized and provided with degree of automation specified (automatic with PLC or manual washing systems)

Safgard Portable One or Two Tank CIP Systems:
Stainless steel portable and automated Clean-In-Place CIP cart is perfect solution for tank cleaning needs of microbreweries, wineries, distilleries, and other small to mid-sized (up to 1,000-1,300 Gallons maximum) tank applications.
- Equipped with Two (2) 36 Gallon stainless tanks for separate wash and caustic rinse compartments. CIP process incredibly easy with pre-programmed PLC operation. Digital pre-programming sets cycle times, transitions, etc and ultimately becomes a single button command operation. Standard more manual wash controller also available.
