Install in pump station or in a high line. Sanitary Air Vent expels air from line without the loss of liquid. All Stainless Steel, sanitary clamp plastic ball seal. Tee not included.

Install in pump suction to expel air. Avoids cavitation and air lock which causes wash program disruption. Ball valve shut off (not shown) is extra, not included.

Built-In Tanker Washer Agitators:
Slotted Tube – Fan Spray washer for deluge cover of tanker walls. Sanitary with no moving parts. Air agitation through the washer tubes using only 2-4 PSI of filtered air for uniform air distribution. No Foaming.
Rated Flow of 120 GPM @ 30-40 PSI.
Ideal for: Milk, Fruit Juice, Syrup, Sugar, Oils, Chemicals.

The Safgard Spray Device Spray Discs are special made for perfect washing of cooking vessels. The discs will project an optimal flat sheet of solution to the vessels’ sidewalls and forcefully flush out the cooked crust.
Note: The SK-1 Style 80 and 150 GPM Discs are ideal for loose covered cooking vessels. The SK-2 Style 80 and 150 GPM Spray Disc Models are ideal for cooking vessels with agitators.
