Optional Upgrades to Safgard COP Tanks:
- Push-Pull Recirculation System: Push/pull piping and base for pump, flared jets, clamps and fittings included. 8′, 10′, or 12′ options.Pump discharge piping pushes detergent solution through flared jets causing solution to recirculate through pipe laid inside the tank. Pump suction pulls solution repeatedly by the recirculation pump.(Power Brush Assembly and Push-Pull Recirculation System Pictured Below)
- Steam Regulator: Part # 32510, Powers ½” , mounted for in-tank heating. ¾”, 1″, 1 ¼” and 1 ½” also.(Powers Steam Regulator Pictured Below)
- Safgard Power Brush Washers: You need the Safgard Pipe Washer Power Assembly for fast and positive cleaning of hot lines, such as chocolate lines.Model 119APS – Power Brush Washer Assembly with Stainless Steel Access Including Heavy-Duty Housing 1″ SS Pipe, Brush Motor, and Detergent Pump.Pump/Motor Included: 5 HP (enclosed impeller), TEFC, 3 Phase, 3,500 RPM

Our Safgard Hose Racks save work, keep hoses dry, keep work spaces neater and safer and are all made of Safgard Sanitary Stainless, Round Bar. Keep your hoses free and off the floors, cleaning will be easier and everything more organized and safe! Hose racks are quickly installable to wall bracket mounting.

Accessories for Hose Racks:
- Model 550 Mix Valve for Hose Rack (Temp Control for Cleaning Tanks, Walls, Floors):Model 550 Mix Valve with Hose Rack includes No. 2S Mixing Valve Hose Adapter Fitting and Wall Bracket Included.Safgard Hot/Cold-Mix Valves provide temperature control for cleaning bulk tanks, Milkhouse Walls, Floors, etc.Nickel-Plated on Cast Brass Eliminates Brass Discolor. Rotary Filler Valve Wash Rings:
Stainless Steel Split Ring has reverse flow valves. Wash half of valves upward while other half wash down, then reverse the flow.
NOTE: Orders must specify the pitch, diameter of valve circle and number of valves on filler.
